- JASON E. LEA, CFP®CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jason joined Brokers’ Service Marketing Group in 2000 and in his current role as CEO, oversees all sales & marketing related activities at BSMG.
Prior to joining BSMG, Jason was employed by MFS Investment Management. He is currently a member of the Financial Planning Association of Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council, and sits on the NAILBA board as treasurer as well as the BRAMCO board. Jason also served on the membership committee of the Boston Estate Planning Council and is Past President of the Rhode Island Society of Financial Service Professionals. A graduate of Davidson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Jason has also earned his CFP® designation, is a licensed insurance agent, and is FINRA registered series 6 and 63.
- Trish O’DonnellCHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Trish is the Chief Operating Officer and has over 20 years of insurance leadership experience, holding positions at insurance carriers and distribution offices. She has been with BSMG since 2016, where she develops and implements strategies driving operational effectiveness, technology adoption, and sales growth. She works closely with our insurance carrier partners and the BSMG team to ensure exceptional sales support, efficient new business processing, and data analysis.
Prior to joining BSMG, Trish was the Head of Insurance Operations for the largest MassMutual agency, Fifth Avenue Financial/Lenox Advisors in NYC. She also held positions at MassMutual where she was the VP of New Business and at Merrill Lynch Insurance Group where she was the Assistant Vice President of Operations. Trish provides a skill set of employee development, project management, strategic thinking and operations.

In his role at BSMG, Tim oversees all underwriting/risk selection operations as well as seeks out new business development opportunities therein.
Tim brings an abundance of experience to BSMG having recently served as President of CBIZ Special Risk, a wholly owned subsidiary of CBIZ (NYSE: CBZ). In that role for 12 years, he led all risk appraisal, new business and carrier/producer relationship efforts. Prior to joining CBIZ, Tim was a Home Office Underwriter with Connecticut General and Manager of CIGNA Associates Impaired Risk Division.
With more than 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry, Mr. Moynihan possesses a unique skill-set utilized to differentiate mortality risks. He has extensive experience handling difficult risks as well as working with attending physicians, medical directors, and home office underwriters on behalf of financial advisors. Tim is also a contributor to several industry publications on various insurance solutions topics. He has also been the keynote speaker for AHOU, CLU, IAFP and IRUA meetings on the subject of insurance underwriting.

Eric joined Brokers’ Service Marketing Group in 2012 and in his current role of VP, Controller he oversees all of Finance and Administration related activities at BSMG. Prior to joining BSMG, Eric was employed by Cookson Precious Metals. He is currently a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. A graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Eric has also earned his CPA designation.

David received his CLU designation through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Rob has been Vice President of Retirement Wealth Strategies since joining BSMG in May of 2011. Prior to joining BSMG, Rob was a Regional Vice President with ING for 8 years specializing in IRA Rollover products. He served as a regional account manager at FundQuest Inc. before joining ING, where he led the marketing of Fee-Based Investment Products to Registered Investment Advisors. Previous to that, he gained invaluable experience as a Sales Desk representative marketing mutual funds and annuities for MFS Investment Management.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Lehigh University. He has acquired his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses, is licensed to sell insurance, and holds the AAMS designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Nicholas Garrick is a Vice President of Life Insurance Sales at Brokers’ Service Marketing Group (BSMG). Specializing in all aspects of life insurance planning, Nick provides exceptional sales support to financial advisors and other planning professionals. Having joined BSMG in 2021, Nick has been an active part of the investment and insurance brokerage industry for over 20 years.
Before joining the BSMG sales team, Nick held a similar sales role with Crump Insurance for 13 years. Prior to that, he represented E-Trade Financial and AXA Equitable working as a financial planner focusing on 401k and investment planning. It is his extensive experience that has amplified the importance of a comprehensive financial plan and a skillful support team to assist in implementation.
In his role as your BSMG Life Sales VP, he is focused on understanding your business to provide the support and insurance solutions to help you grow your practice.

Evan Graff is a Vice President of retirement wealth strategies and is responsible for annuity sales over a 25 state region. Prior to joining Brokers’ Service Marketing Group in May 2011, Evan was a Regional Vice President with ING Individual Retirement, where he worked exclusively with ING Financial Advisors to solve clients’ investment and retirement needs.
Throughout his 19 years of financial services experience, Evan has earned industry awards and honors, including the ING Circle of Honor, and Smith Barney Blue Chip Council. While with Smith Barney, he also achieved his Guided Portfolio Manager and Financial Planning Specialist designations.
Evan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Florida. He is FINRA series 7, as well as life, health, and variable annuity licensed. In March of 2018 Evan received his CFP designation.

Jesse began his insurance career with Sun Life Financial Group and joined Brokers’ Service Marketing Group in 2004 as an Annuity Marketing Specialist and then quickly advanced to the position of Annuity Advisor. Today, he works closely with financial professionals and provides expertise in the areas of guaranteed retirement income, annuity case design and product positioning. Jesse is a member of the National and Boston Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is a licensed insurance agent and is FINRA registered. Jesse is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts where he earned his MBA.

Michael Hopkins is a Vice President of Life Insurance Sales for Brokers’ Service Marketing Group (BSMG). In this role, Mike partners with prominent, top ranked agents and financial professionals and their clients. Specializing in risk management, he provides point of sale support and guidance in the areas of product selection, field underwriting, case design, estate planning and more.
Prior to joining BSMG, Mike held several positions in the insurance industry. He began his career in 2002 at MassMutual collaborating to implement the large case unit. Subsequently, Mike joined AIG as the youngest Regional Director responsible for several high profile national accounts. In this role he bridged the relationship between AIG and their Brokerage General agencies. Most recently, Mike was a partner at Northeast Brokerage for 9 years where he excelled as a leading producer for the firm.
Mike’s expertise extends heavily into the advanced sales world of premium financing, case design and product comparison, and the application of life insurance in business. Mike has developed a niche skillset in large case implementation. He brings with him extensive industry knowledge and experience. Mike is enthusiastic and eager to work with BSMG, promoting their innovative platforms and solutions, as part of one of the most experienced and knowledgeable case management and case design teams in the industry.
Mike has an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a finance degree from Grove City College. He has a CLU certification and is FINRA registered. Mike lives in Suffield CT with his wife and three sons, in his spare time he enjoys golfing and woodworking.

Jason has been in the life insurance industry for 20 years and insurance brokerage for the last 17. Prior to joining BSMG, Jason worked as a Senior Sales Wholesaler with Crump Life Insurance Services where he earned their President’s Club recognition 11 times for reaching and exceeding his sales goals. His responsibilities encompass assisting financial professionals in all aspects of the sales process, including financial and medical underwriting, advanced sales topics, and product selection.
Jason is a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, RI with a B.S. in Marketing. Jason resides with his family in CT. His hobbies include coaching his daughter’s sports teams, travel and music.

Mason recently joined BSMG as Vice President of Business Development. He has spent the past 17 years at Principal Financial Group where he supported BGAs and advisors on a wholesale and point of sale level. He specialized in the Business Planning and Executive Benefit markets focusing on life insurance planning concepts and solutions. Prior to that, he was a financial advisor with UBS. Mason brings a particular focus on restoring Life Insurance, IDI, and retirement planning gaps for executives and highly compensated clients within HUB’s Employee Benefits and RPW practices.
Mason lives in West Des Moines, IA with his wife Katie and his three children, Crosby, Walker, and Flynn. He enjoys coaching his kids' hockey and baseball teams. He also spends his time playing hockey, golf, and working in the yard (alone where it’s very peaceful and quiet).

Chase arrived at BSMG in 2019 and is an underwriting and risk selection specialist. He brings with him 7 years of home office underwriting experience with Protective Life. During his time at Protective, he quickly amassed numerous designations (including FALU and FLMI) and eagerly assumed additional responsibilities (overseeing policy underwriting services for acquired business and participating in the accelerated underwriting pilot program, among others), all while demonstrating impressive yearly growth in both quality and overall production.
In his role at Brokers’ Service, Chase provides value by understanding the unique intricacies of each complex engagement and partnering with you and your clients to procure a differentiated life insurance outcome. Whether it is speaking with the client directly to obtain an amplified history, discussing the clinical merits of the client’s individual profile with their physician(s) to bridge the gap in ‘clinical medicine’ versus ‘insurance medicine,’ or spending the time and intellectual inquiry to highlight the favorable idiosyncrasies of each unique clinical profile, Chase is excited to help your valuable clients achieve their life insurance and estate planning goals.

Ron started his Insurance career with Equitable in 1981 and then worked with Brokers’ Service Marketing Group for 10-years before going to work as a Vice President for Marsh Private Client Life Services. In his return to BSMG, Ron brings back his extensive industry knowledge and experience.
With more than 30-years of Advanced Life Sales experience working with Financial Advisors, Ron has a high level of expertise in the areas of estate and business planning and in taking a case from the conceptual stage right through to implementation. He specializes in placing impaired risk, large complex case design, and underwriting negotiation in providing support to high net worth advisors. Ron also has his CLU and ChFC designations and is FINRA registered.

Sal Sigleski recently joined Brokers’ Service Marketing Group (BSMG) as a Vice President of Annuity Sales. He has considerable industry experience working with Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs); since their introduction to the industry in 1995. Prior to BSMG, Sal served in various roles, from Principal at a Boston, Massachusetts brokerage firm to wholesaling annuity products for insurance companies to agencies in the Northeast, including the last 7 years with Lincoln Financial. Sal holds his Life, Health and LTC licenses, Series 6 and 63. Sal is originally from CT and now resides in Boston, MA with his beautiful wife Jocelyn and their wonderful dog Sugar. He is a huge sports fan and loves playing hockey, hiking, whitewater rafting, climbing mountains and fly fishing in his spare time.

Russell E. Towers JD, CLU, ChFC joined Brokers' Service Marketing Group in 2002 as Vice President of Business & Estate Planning. Prior to joining Brokers' Service, Russ was an Associate Counsel and advanced estate planning attorney with John Hancock Life Insurance Company for many years. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BA in economics, he received his Juris Doctor (JD) from Suffolk University Law School. Russ has delivered hundreds of advanced planning seminars to life insurance professionals and has lectured to Society of Financial Service Professional Chapters, Estate Planning Councils, Financial Planning Associations, and Attorney and CPA professional groups across the U.S.
His area of expertise is estate, business, and retirement planning for wealthy families, business owners, and professionals, and he provides customized case consultation for advanced legal, tax, and insurance plan designs. An author of numerous articles for industry publications, including AALU Quarterly, Broker World, Life and Health Advisor, and Insurance News Net, Russ was the recipient of a Kenneth Black, Jr. Award from the Journal of Financial Service Professionals for his article on private split dollar funding of irrevocable life insurance trusts.
Russ received his CLU/ChFC designations from the American College and was a member of the National and Rhode Island Societies of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP) and served as President of the Rhode Island Chapter. A member of the Rhode Island Bar Association for over 45 years, Russ was a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) in Washington, DC, and is a member of the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council where he received the Council’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.
